• Desk, file cabinet, counters, partitions and other office furniture and equipment will be dusted each visit

• window sills, baseboards, pictures and wall plaques dusted weekly

• Mini-blinds and AC vents dusted monthly

• Carpets vacuumed each visit.

• Hard surface floor will be dust mopped or swept and damp mopped each visit.

• Glass top desks, glass doors and glass partitions will be cleaned each visit

• Drinking fountains will be cleaned and sanitized each visit.

• Magazines in reception areas will be straightened and stacked each service.

• Telephones will be cleaned and sanitized weekly.

• Computer keyboards will remain untouched.

• Computer monitors will be lightly dusted each visit.

• Ceiling, wall and corner cob webs will be removed as needed.

Basic schedule for restrooms

• Waste receptacles will be emptied each visit and washed as needed.

• Mirrors, soap dispensers, wash basins and plumbing fixtures will be cleaned each visit.

• Urinals and toilets will be cleaned each visit using disinfectant.

• Soap, towel and tissue dispensers will be replenished each visit

• Restroom floor will be dust mopped or swept and damp mopped each visit.

• Dividing partitions will be cleaned each service to remove hand prints and smudges.

(Nothing in Kitchen)  

• Hard surface floors will be dust mopped or swept and damp mopped with disinfectant each visit.

• Counter tops will be cleaned and sanitized each visit.

• Sink will be scrubbed and polished each visit.

• Exterior refrigerator and vending machines will be cleaned each visit

• Microwave will be cleaned inside and out each visit.

• Table and chairs will be wiped each visit.

• Dishes and dishwasher loading will be charged extra, If requested
